Coriander Chutney
A low calorie chutney goes well with any zesty chicken, veggie burgers or anything that you fancy.
Ingredients:
- Coriander/Cilantro 2 bunches
- Jalapeno pepper or thai pepper 2
- Ginger 1 inch
- garlic 10 cloves
- lemon juice 2-3 tsps
- salt pepper and garam marsala to taste
- Splenda 1 sachet
Directions:
- Cut the roots of the coriander and wash it well to make sure the leaves are clean.
- Blend together coriander leaves, peppers, ginger, garlic, salt pepper and garam masala and sugar. Once it is a fine paste add lemon juice to it.
- Pour it out and its ready for use. Store in the refrigerator.
