Divine Anytime Miso Soup
Prep and cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup broccoli or any other quick cooking veggie
- small handful of shitaake mushrooms (dried and sliced)
- very small fistful of buckwheat noodles (organic)*optional
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp miso (any flavour)
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- small chunk ginger
- one green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- fresh ground black pepper
- sunflower sprouts
