Great Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons organice no salt added peanut butter
- 1 Cascade Fresh fat free yogurt (8 live active cultures)
- blueberries(all below frozen)
- blackberries
- raspberries
- strawberries
- peaches
Directions:
