Healthy Chocolate Mousse
This is a healthy Chocolate Mousse dessert recipe for those who can not eat sugar.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 2 to 3 TBS of Healthy Alkaline free Cocoa Powder (depending how rich you like your dessert)
- 3 tsp of Powdered Stevia
- 1 TBS of Maple Syrup or Honey (optional, but adds a nice flavor …can be ommited for diabetics)
- 3 TBS of low fat milk.
Directions:
Yum! A guilt free dessert. Great for Diabetics, as Stevia is an incredible sweetener. Diabetics can have a sweetener that is not made synthetically.
Note: Stevia comes in different strengths. The recipe recommends a Stevia powder that has a healthy fiber filler making it equivalent to Sugar. Sweet Leaf makes such a product.
