Healthy Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 5 frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
- 4 slices frozen peaches (unsweetened)
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 6oz container light vanilla yogurt
- 1-2 packets splenda (optional)
Directions:
*NOTE—all ingredients can be varied according to individual preferences. If only using fresh fruit, be sure to add some ice.
