Michelle’s Blueberry Ice Cream
This is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to enjoy the anti-inflammatory, heart- and brain- protective properties of blueberries.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana*
- water
Directions:
- To freeze bananas, peel first. Lay on a baking sheet. Freeze. Once bananas are frozen, store in a plastic freezer bag. Use as desired in smoothies or icecream.
- Combine frozen blueberries and bananas in a food processor or Champion juicer.
- Slowly add water to reach desired consistency.
