Recipe for Gout Sufferers
I am a gout sufferer and over the years I have developed the following healthy eating for gout sufferers
Ingredients:
- Breakfast
- One big glass of warm water ( .25 litre )
- One egg white
- One bowl of raw oats with warm skim milk
- One banana
- Lunch
- Steamed rice with PALACHAN source
- Steamed jelly fish cut in slices, with a pinch of salt and pepper
- Boiled carrot and Chinese Pak Choy
- Dinner
- Watermelon
- One glass of lime and soda
- Boiled Chinese rice noodles, served with steamed bean sprouts
