Shirazi Salad
Shiraz is a famous historical city in Iran which also has a well known wine.
This is the recipe of Iranian traditional salad which is called Shirazi Salad.
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- � onion, chopped
- dried mint (optional)
- 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 2 TBS olive oil
