Trail Mix
Here is an EASY “recipe” I concocted for quick snacks. It is simple to make and store, and has some good ingredients. I buy already bagged cranberies, dates, walnuts, and almonds, so preparation is minimal; I use equal parts of all ingredients which also makes it simple.
Ingredients:
- 1 c coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 c unbleached, unsalted almonds
- 1 c unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c chopped apricots
- 1 c dried cranberries
- 1 c dried, chopped dates
