- 2-3 Roasting Potatoes
- 2 Turnips
- 2-3 Parsnips
- 2 Heads of Garlic, cloves peeled
- Green Beans, if desidered
- Optional — 1 lb, Pressed, Well-drained Firm Tofu, Marinated as desired
